1) Software Licensing

Software products and digital downloads are generally non-refundable after a license key or downloadable files have been delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2) Cases That May Be Considered

• No download file or license key has been delivered yet
• Verified incompatibility with the specifications explicitly stated on the website
• Duplicate billing from the payment system

3) Not Covered

• Problems caused by server setup, plugins, themes, or third-party code modifications
• Compatibility issues outside the stated scope
• Additional customization work outside the standard package

4) Refund Request Process

Please contact us with your order number, domain, PrestaShop version, and issue details. We will review and respond as quickly as appropriate for the case.
